Mental pressures beat all

One of the most inspiring leaders who’s ever lived, Imam Ali once said:

 

“God’s hardest creations are 10 things.

 

  1. Mountains that are solid and strong as they are

  2. But Iron destroys mountains

  3. After iron is Fire that melts iron

  4. Then its Water. Water turns off and takes away the fire.

  5. And Clouds move water.

  6. Harder than Cloud is Wind because is moves clouds.

  7. And harder than wind, is Human. Humans can stand in front of wind.

  8. Harder than human, is being Drunk. Being drunk changes the natural state of a human.

  9. Harder than being drunk, is Sleep because it gets rid of hungover. A drunk person eventually passes out.

  10. And toughest of all, harder than all is Sadness and Sorrow because they stop a person from sleeping. This is God’s toughest creation because its worse of all and it can cause thousands and thousands of physical illnesses.” They take over all the nerves in our entire body, the roots of these nerves are in our brains, when the mind is in conflict so is the brain and as a result is effects and pressures our entire body. Some of the diseases that are a direct result of psychological pressure (pain, sadness, fear, hurt, guilt) are: heart attacks, strokes, cancers, MS, arthritis, hypo/ hyperthyroidism and thousands and thousands of other dis-eases (dis-ease as they take away our ease). Therefore, prevention is necessary for one not to end up with such psychosomatic di-eases.

 

Make time for your mental wellbeing. If there are things bothering you inside, don’t neglect them, write them down and get a professional to help you solve them from the root cause. This requires bravery, so be brave, be bold, be unapologetic for what is taking away the ease from your life. This could be from the smallest things to perhaps really deep chronic matters. Either ways, there is always a solution and plenty of recourses/force out there dedicating their life to improving people’s quality of life.

 

In the meantime, there are some things you can start with. Practice with yourself, avoid saying ABSOLUTELY ANY negative words, negative sentences. Words are highly powerful and they become direct suggestions to your unconscious mind. Stop giving energy to things that are out of your control and focus on the things that you can control. Life is not meant to be lived in pain and sadness. Our prophet always had a smile on this face and so did all the rest of his descendant and they taught us to stay away from sadness and sorrow and focus on the good, focus on finding solutions.  

 

REMEMBER, IT IS YOUR MIND THAT CONTROLS YOUR PHYSICAL BODY AND EVERYTHING ELSE AROUND YOU SO BE KIND TO YOUR MIND AND GIVE IT TIME.
