


These habits dont let you be happy
Habits, habits, habits. Remember our habits make up our life, habits really make us who we are, don’t they?
Let me tell you this famous story that says:
Once upon a time there was a hedgehog and a snake. The hedgehog told the snake: “ I have no where to stay, could you please give me shelter?” So the snake felt bad and allowed the hedgehog to live next to itself. However the hedgehog’s spiky thorns were so sharp and it was bothering the snake and became quite wounded. Few days went by and eventually the snake said to the hedgehog : “ As you can see my body is severely wounded, its too tight for both of us to live together over here, could you leave please?”. The hedgehog said ”no, why should I leave? Im very comfortable here, if you want, you can leave instead.”
This is exactly how our habits are. They come and become a guest in our lives and they stay forever. Be careful, your habits create your life, determine your destiny. It is you who decides which habits to have in life.
Good habits for good people, helps them to grow daily, become wiser and stronger, and become more and more successful.
But negative habits make a person weaker everyday. Because negative don’t let you be happy; habits that many people have become desensitised to and comfortable with. I know how this feels in my skin and bone because I went through it and today I want to raise awareness for you too, so that you too can live a healthier, happier life.

So not to worry, we have all be there, all these things can be changed and turned around. Now that you watched the video, you can take some time to acknowledge what negative habits you have been having so far in your life. Make a list of them and decide today that you want to and will do all that you can to replace them with positive ones instead. Put this intention out in the universe today and the best first move for today.
